Renting a storage unit
- 1. Visit our “Rent Now” page and select one of our available units. (They are all listed by default but you can sort by Self Storage and Climate Control.) 2. Review the details of the unit + add any additional merchandise if needed. 3. Signup to create a new account or log in. 4. Next, enter your tenant details. 5. Please review your lease details and add your payment information. If you would like to change anything, click the edit button. 6. Enjoy your storage unit!
No problem! Stop by the office and we can get you set up.
We recommend that you call ahead, but you can visit our facilities without an appointment during office hours. We’ll gladly provide you information and a tour of the facility.
To rent a unit, you need a current government-issued photo ID, a current address, and a phone number at which you can be reached. An email address will be required to use online bill pay.
Unless you have proof that you are either the legal guardian of an individual, or an authorized agent for a business, only the tenant named on the lease may sign the lease.
It’s not always easy to know if you have the amount of space you need until you’ve actually moved in. But we’re flexible to your needs: If you’d like a smaller unit, a larger unit, or an additional unit, the manager will be happy to help make it happen if possible.
Firearms, explosives, liquids, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Access and Amenities
- The Secure Storage Southeast office is open Monday – Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and Closed on Saturday and Sunday. You can now access your unit using our automated gate system everyday of the week (including holidays) from 7 am to 9 pm. If you do not know your gate code or are having trouble with it, you can call us during these same hours.
